Shipping Destination

We currently operate and ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the UAE with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Processing & Delivery: All orders are processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours (excluding official holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status. Please allow up to a few hours for the tracking details to update with the courier.

Damaged Packages or Delivery Issues

All fragrance items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately at info@scentaraarabian.ae with your order number and photos of the package so we can resolve it quickly.
